credentials), financial information (account numbers, transaction history), internet or network
activity (login history, session data), and professional information (employer, title) where
relevant to your advisory relationship.

privacy@bennettdesroches.com. We will verify your identity before processing any request. You may also
designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf.
Do Not Sell or Share: Bennett & Desroches does not sell or share your
personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

data held by us, and to request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete data. We will
respond to access requests within 30 days.
Cross-border transfers: Your personal data may be transferred to and stored
in jurisdictions outside Singapore, including the United States. We ensure that any such

to protect your data.
Retention: We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the

Florida. Any disputes arising from use of this portal shall be resolved in the state or
